Only One Thing Is Necessary

In this simple, yet wonderful story, Jesus reminds all believers of the true priority - the Word of God. Both women in this passage love Jesus, but one chooses the better thing. One becomes anxious, the other becomes satisfied. It's a straightforward, yet helpful reminder of what must remain the absolute priority in every Christain's life. If the Word remains first, all secondary issues will care for themselves.
